Item Number and Quantity. The "Buy Now" buttons will take you to the shopping cart. If you wish to remove an item from the shopping cart, simply change the quantity to zero, and click the "Recalculate" button. To continue shopping, just click the link "Continue Shopping". Any special color requests with a reference to the item number for the color should be entered in the "Special Instructions" box. Don't forget to indicate wire color if different from photo. For multiple items with a single "Buy Now" button, please indicate the item number you want. I will contact you to clarify any order that doesn't make sense to ensure you get what you want. =) |

If you prefer to order by snail mail, you can use the shopping cart to set up your order, then print out the order on paper. This will give you a total cost for your order with all items listed. You will need to contact me by email for my mailing address. You can set up your order without submitting any personal information online. |
| Shipping - USPS Standard Mail w/Delivery Confirmation Only - $ 4.50 (up to 1 lb., additional shipping if order exceeds this limit). You will be advised of additional shipping costs via email, and they must be collected before shipping. |
| Return Policy - Your satisfaction is guaranteed. So if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you will be refunded everything except shipping charges. Your refund will be completed once the merchandise has been returned. |

For Orders Outside the USA - Orders to be shipped outside the USA should be submitted using the "Money Order" method. This way I am able to figure the shipping costs and submit one PayPal money request after you have been advised of the total cost including shipping costs. In some cases, the shipping costs have far exceeded the cost of the item being purchased. I would like you to be sure you want to continue with your purchase after knowing the total cost. |
| You will receive an order confirmation email which will include the total amount due and delivery date information. If paying by personal check or money order, you will also receive the address for sending your payment. |
